Members Douglas Brown, Elizabeth Kline, Thomas Crane, and Charlotte Harris voted unanimously to approve the measure, directing Erik Hammarlund to incorporate revisions clarifying corporate ownership through LLCs, occupancy limits of two persons per bedroom, and an affidavit option for Certificate of Occupancy.
