Falmouth Short Term Rental Advisory Committee approves final bylaw draft. Members Douglas Brown, Elizabeth Kline, Thomas Crane, and Charlotte Harris voted unanimously to approve the measure, directing Erik Hammarlund to incorporate revisions clarifying corporate ownership through LLCs, occupancy limits of two persons per bedroom, and an affidavit option for Certificate of Occupancy. The committee will hold a public meeting prior to Town Meeting, likely appearing on the Select Board agenda for January 26, 2026.
Scott McGann confirmed first-year funding is secured for a vendor to identify short-term rentals and send registration letters.
