Assessors approve minutes, conduct private exemptions session

FALMOUTH — Board of Assessors holds routine meeting on exemptions. Three members attended via Zoom: Chair Robert Dolan, Bruce Beardsley, and Joseph Clancy. The board approved prior meeting minutes and received an update on annual recertification.
The board held an executive session to discuss applications for real estate and personal property tax exemptions, charitable property returns, and litigation strategy, per Massachusetts law protecting confidential records. Exemption and abatement denials were signed following the closed session.
