FALMOUTH — Planning Board continues site plan reviews, debates duplex-by-right proposal. The board unanimously continued hearings for Kevin P. Klauer II's Red Horse Inn renovation at 28 Falmouth Heights Road, moving to July 7 with decision deadline extended to July 29.

The board voted unanimously to draft a positive motion with conditions for Klauer's contractor's yard expansion at Old Meeting House Road. Town Planner Jed Cornock presented zoning articles for October 26 Fall Town Meeting, including Article 2 to allow duplexes by-right in agricultural and residential districts, which board member Charlotte Harris opposed. The Community Preservation Committee voted $2.6 million to Falmouth Housing Corporation for property acquisition at 545 Main Street.
