Falmouth Assessors grant six property tax abatements, deny exemptions. The Board of Assessors unanimously approved six personal property tax abatements for bills assessed in error at properties including 81 Crystal Spring Avenue, 125 Saint Marks Road, 24 Wyndlea Circle, 13 Starboard Drive, 39 Telegraph Hill Road, and 20 Goelotta Drive. Chair Robert Dolan and members Bruce Beardsley and Joseph Clancy also unanimously denied exemption applications for 8 Town Landing Road and 860 Palmer Avenue, and rejected a late abatement application for 45 Sunset Point Road on jurisdictional grounds.
