FALMOUTH — Board of Assessors approves exemptions and assessments. The board, chaired by Robert Dolan with members Bruce Beardsley and Joseph Clancy, approved property exemptions for residents David Branga and Carol Ann Fish and tax assessments totaling approximately $93,141 in executive session on May 12. The board unanimously denied an extension request for MassAutonomy's 3ABC filing while approving payments-in-lieu-of-taxes for Falmouth Hospital Association ($62,387.08) and Falmouth Landfill Solar LLC ($4,458.64).
