The board met April 29, with Chair Robert Dolan, Members Bruce Beardsley and Joseph Clancy, and Director of Assessing Melissa Motta in attendance. The board approved minutes from its April 9 meeting, then entered executive session at 9:12 a.m. to evaluate applications for real estate and personal property exemptions and abatements under Massachusetts law, as well as charitable property applications.
The board returned to open session at 11:17 a.m., documenting its decisions in an attached spreadsheet. The board scheduled its next meeting for May 12 at 9 a.m.
