Falmouth Board of Assessors convenes to review exemptions and abatements in executive session. The board met April 29, with Chair Robert Dolan, Members Bruce Beardsley and Joseph Clancy, and Director of Assessing Melissa Motta in attendance. The board approved minutes from its April 9 meeting, then entered executive session at 9:12 a.m. to evaluate applications for real estate and personal property exemptions and abatements under Massachusetts law, as well as charitable property applications.

The board returned to open session at 11:17 a.m., documenting its decisions in an attached spreadsheet. The board scheduled its next meeting for May 12 at 9 a.m.
