Falmouth Board of Health approves irrigation well variance at 468 Davisville Road. The board unanimously approved property owner Kevin Duffy's request to install an irrigation well 22 feet from the property line, below the town's standard 50-foot setback. In separate action, the board addressed an appeal of housing code enforcement from owner Donald Fricchione at 12 Brian Lane, determining that critical health-endangering items had been remediated and granting a 30-day extension for remaining repairs, with two safety items—missing stove knobs and loose electrical wiring—required to be corrected by May 7.
The board also agreed to schedule a hearing to reconsider the town's well regulation.
