Member George Heufelder's letter on interpreting I/A system performance data, incorporating board feedback, was approved unanimously. The board voted to continue review of an irrigation well variance request at 468 Davisville Road, citing concerns about plan clarity and incomplete site information; board members signaled plans to improve the well application form with minimum submission criteria.
