Falmouth Affordable Housing Committee pushes two housing articles toward town meeting. Voting unanimously, the committee directed Chair David Garrison to draft an endorsement letter for two warrant articles—a tax exemption for year-round rentals and the Seasonal Communities designation—for the April Town Meeting. The Falmouth Housing Trust was awarded development rights for two town-owned parcels on Brigantine Drive and Pheasant Lane.

The committee approved a $175,000 home buydown purchase at 28 Cross Road, priced at $380,000 for buyers at up to 140 percent of area median income.
