Community Preservation · Meeting of May 14, 2026

Falmouth Community Preservation Committee approves $350,000 for affordable housing projects. The committee unanimously funded two Falmouth Housing Trust developments on formerly town-owned parcels: $175,000 each for a two-bedroom home at 20 Brigantine Drive, priced at $360,000 for households earning up to 140 percent AMI, and a three-bedroom home at 21 Pheasant Lane for households at 80 percent AMI. Both projects carry permanent deed restrictions.

Executive Director Laura Moynihan and Chief Development Officer Kate Ayson presented the proposals. Administrative Coordinator Emily Webb reported four at-large committee postings are coming before the Select Board.
