Conservation Commission approves conditions for five properties

Falmouth Commission issues waterfront conditions for five properties. The Conservation Commission approved determinations of applicability for six residential projects with minimal environmental impact and issued five Orders of Conditions for waterfront work, including coastal bank revetting at Nina's Marina Realty Trust on Scranton Avenue. The Commission continued the Chapoquoit Yacht Club's proposal for three seasonal sailing moorings in West Falmouth Harbor to March 4 pending professional surveys of water depth and shellfish habitat, and deferred enforcement matters and major renovation proposals to March 25.
