FALMOUTH — The Falmouth Conservation Commission voted unanimously 4-0 to approve environmental determinations and issue orders of conditions on seven properties, allowing residential work to proceed with Commission oversight. Vice Chair Daniel Walsh, Elizabeth Gladfelter, Ronald Driscoll, and David Kent approved four negative determinations finding that work at four properties would not disturb protected resource areas, eliminating need for formal Notice of Intent filings at properties owned by Paul Gross, Thomas McCann, Stephen J. Reichheld and Deborah DeBeradinis-Reichheld, and Ronald Fernandes.

The Commission issued three orders of conditions, including an amended order for Peter and Mary McManus and new orders for Cowan Family Real Estate Trust and Chapoquoit Realty Trust.
