Conservation Commission approves enforcement order and conditions

Falmouth Conservation Commission issues enforcement order and conditions at Monday meeting. The Conservation Commission voted 4-0 to issue an Enforcement Order for the Seashell Lane Community Association property at 0 Davisville Road, which includes timeframes for completing required work; the applicant indicated willingness to comply with planting requirements. The commission voted 5-0 to approve an Order of Conditions for the property at 4 Whittemore Avenue owned by Michael N.

Smith and Yvonne Y. Cheung, with Chair William Duffy recusing himself. David Kent was unanimously named the commission's Community Preservation Committee representative.
