Conservation Commission approves four orders; continues three applications to May.
Conservation Commission · Meeting of April 22, 2026
Falmouth Conservation Commission issues five orders, approves utility determinations. Chair William Duffy and the commission unanimously issued Orders of Conditions for four residential properties on April 22 and approved an amended order for a fifth, affecting work at 36 Buzzards Bay Avenue, 0 Tobey Lane, 42 Squibnockett Drive, and 314 Quissett Avenue. An order for Chapoquoit Yacht Club at West Falmouth Harbor passed 3-1, with Member Ronald Bowman voting no over concerns about unaddressed water-depth surveys and eel grass documentation.
The commission granted three Requests for Determination of Applicability for residential renovation and utility infrastructure projects and continued seven applications—including a Falmouth Pier 37 dock expansion and a residential permit amendment—to May hearings.
