Falmouth Conservation Commission issues Order of Conditions for TS Grove PT Marinas project. The Conservation Commission voted unanimously to approve the Order of Conditions for TS Grove PT Marinas HM LLC at two Falmouth locations: 366 Menauhant Road and 470 Acapesket Road. Conservation Commission Administrator Jennifer Lincoln noted that conditions include a Department of Marine Fisheries time of year restriction, a preconstruction meeting requirement, and spring evaluation of plantings.
