Conservation Commission approves residential determinations, water main project

FALMOUTH — Conservation Commission unanimously approves nine residential permits and major water main installation. Chair William Duffy led the board's approval of nine residential determinations of applicability and a Town of Falmouth Department of Public Works water main installation spanning 7,600 linear feet across multiple roads. Conservation Administrator Jennifer Lincoln and Conservation Agent Alissa Bergeron reviewed conditions for deck and retaining wall work at 73 Lake Shore Drive and a licensed pier repair at 75 Nashawena Street, both taken under advisement.
The board continued three enforcement cases involving unpermitted coastal work and construction through May 2026.
