FALMOUTH — Conservation Commission approves seven determinations of applicability and three Orders of Conditions. The Commission unanimously approved seven negative determinations for applicant properties including 51 Bryant Point Road, 228 Alder Lane, 307 Shorewood Drive, 18 Hotel Street, 25 Bar Neck Road, 5 Millfield Street, and 56 Pattee Road, finding the proposed work does not require Notice of Intent filings under state and local regulations. The Commission also unanimously issued Orders of Conditions for properties at 197 Shorewood Drive, 173 Metoxit Road, and Falmouthport Drive.
Multiple enforcement order and wetland hearings were continued, with the Commission scheduling site visits for two properties with unpermitted alterations.
