Conservation Commission approves three Orders of Conditions, continues six hearings

Falmouth Conservation Commission approves three Orders of Conditions protecting wetland resources on residential properties. Chair William Duffy presided over a meeting attended by Vice Chair Daniel Walsh and members Ronald Bowman, David Kent, and Ronald Driscoll, along with Administrator Jennifer Lincoln and Agent Alissa Bergeron. The Commission unanimously approved Orders of Conditions for the Beth M.

Patrick 2010 Trust at 10 Deer Run Lane, Mary Alice Karol at 23 Zell Street, and Celine and Michael Oort at 37 Deep Pond Road. Six applications were continued to future dates, including the Rosenfeld stone sitting area hearing, which was closed for advisement after the Commission heard engineer Jake Fricke's presentation on the 10-by-22-foot project using existing and imported native stone.
