Falmouth Conservation Commission approves two Orders, continues wetland compliance case. The Commission issued Orders of Conditions for properties at 380 Wild Harbor Road and 29 Miami Avenue while processing determinations of applicability for three additional projects at its June 10 meeting. However, it continued to June 24 the hearing for a 65 Walker Street project after Conservation Administrator Jennifer Lincoln indicated the proposed three-bedroom septic system violates regulations prohibiting design flow increases within 100 feet of wetlands.

The applicant will likely require Board of Health approval. The Commission also closed and took under advisement renovation proposals at 86 Edgewater Drive East and 39 Pine Bank Road.
