Falmouth Conservation Commission approves seven applications, takes two contentious cases under advisement. The commission took under advisement a Notice of Intent by Donna Habor Kornberg, Trustee, for after-the-fact permission for a pool, deck, and masonry wall at 70 Carey Lane deviating from the 2022 approved design; it had previously denied an amendment to permit the work.
