Falmouth Conservation Commission rejects after-the-fact approval for unpermitted construction. The commission voted 4-0 against an Order of Conditions for a pool, deck, and retaining wall at 70 Carey Lane that had been reconstructed in an incorrect footprint, according to Conservation Agent Alissa Bergeron. Vice Chair Steve Patton, James McGrath, Ronald Bowman, and David Kent voted to reject the approval sought by Donna Habor Kornberg, Trustee.
The commission also issued an Enforcement Order against John G Butt and Maryellen Butt at 41 Mary Manuel Way and closed four wetlands hearings pending further advisement.
