Falmouth DEIB Committee schedules separate meeting to clarify mandate and capacity. Chair Mananjo Jonahson, member Suzanne Thomas, and Public Schools DEIB Director Henry St. Julien met February 4 to discuss the committee's advisory role and potential partnerships with nonprofits outside town government.
The committee is exploring town guidance on immigration enforcement and building a resource web page. Black History Month celebration lunch is set for February 26 at the Marine Biological Laboratory, featuring speakers and a visual exhibit on Black History Month in Woods Hole. One voting vacancy remains.
