Falmouth Posts Unofficial Results From Tuesday's State Primary
FALMOUTH — Falmouth posted its unofficial results from Tuesday's state primary Tuesday night, hours after Sen. Ed Markey turned back U.S. Rep. Seth Moulton's Senate primary challenge and Massachusetts Republicans nominated a challenger to Gov. Maura Healey, according to statewide returns.

The town's official website carried a News Flash titled "2026 MA State Primary Unofficial Results" late Tuesday, giving Falmouth voters their first local look at how the town weighed in on the primary contests that will shape November's statewide ballot. The town has not yet posted a detailed breakdown by race or precinct.
Falmouth's Finance Committee and Conservation Commission both had matters on the town calendar for Wednesday, Sept. 2, according to the town's online calendar.

Falmouth Public Library's Main branch ran a full slate of programming Wednesday, including a Sensory Play session for young children at 10:30 a.m. and an Ask a Master Gardener drop-in at 2 p.m., alongside an all-day Marvel Heroes and Villains scavenger hunt. The library's East Falmouth branch is set to host LEGO Time and a "Why Knot" knit night on Thursday, Sept. 3, followed by a scavenger hunt and Mah Jongg beginner open play on Saturday, Sept. 5.
