Falmouth Sewer Work Closes Brick Kiln, Randolph Roads This Week
FALMOUTH — Sewer project construction is closing two Falmouth roads to through traffic on weekdays this week, according to the town's latest construction update, while the Falmouth Art Center prepares to open a new X-ray photography exhibit next week.

Brick Kiln Road will be closed between Sandwich Road and Gifford Street, and Randolph Street will be closed between Maravista Avenue and the mall's southern entrance, as sewer project construction continues, the town said in an Aug. 28 update. Both closures run weekdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the town has posted a detour map for drivers.
The Ellen T. Mitchell Bathhouse Beach Administration Building at 56 Surf Drive remains closed after a motor vehicle crashed into the building on the morning of Aug. 10. Beach parking permit sticker sales continue in the meantime at 59 Town Hall Square, open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.

Additional drop-in programs continue through the week at both branch libraries, including Stories, Songs and Instruments on Sept. 1, Stay & Make craft sessions Sept. 2 and 3, LEGO Time and Why Knot Knit Nite on Sept. 3, and scavenger hunts at the North Falmouth and East Falmouth branches on Sept. 4 and 5.
