FALMOUTH — Finance Committee restructures capital budget review to align with October Town Meeting. The committee advanced its capital budget review schedule to early July, with department manager requests due June 2 and Select Board first review scheduled for June 29 or July 13. Starting August 19, committee members will convene twice weekly on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 5 p.m., subject to room availability.
The committee also scheduled a May 6 discussion of the town's long-range financial forecast, which the Town Manager is required by charter to develop and present.
