FALMOUTH — Planning Board approves three sets of prior meeting minutes and unanimously endorses a Shore Street lot-line adjustment plan. Chair John Druley directed members to review draft Mixed Residential and Commercial Overlay District Design Guidelines ahead of a May 12 presentation by the Cape Cod Commission. Town Planner Jed Cornock presented a Draft Potential Zoning Amendment List organized into large amendments, language improvements, and minor cleanups, committing to add explanatory language for consideration of three to five articles at Town Meeting.
The board scheduled meetings for May 12 and June 2, 2026.
