Falmouth Veterans' Council welcomes new Community Veterans Center director Mark Gilliard. Director Jim Gouzias reported the Department of Veterans' Services now serves approximately 39 to 40 Chapter 115 clients alongside a surge in non-budgeted walk-in and VA claim services, prompting council discussion of performance metrics and efforts to raise departmental awareness at precinct meetings.
