FALMOUTH — Zoning Board approves nonconforming dwelling rebuild at 197 Shorewood Drive with detached garage. Chair Susanne Murphy and voting members approved the Bachrach Trustees application 5-0, requiring as-built surveys of setbacks, compliance with Board of Health nitrogen-sensitive area rules, and adherence to a Conservation Commission Order of Conditions; lot structure coverage increases from 10.77 to 13.2 percent and the new 4-bedroom dwelling will be 26 feet at ridge height. The board tabled Voci boat storage application #083-25 to June 18 after the applicant failed to appear; it separately voted 5-0 to allow withdrawal without prejudice of Hynds/Fantasia three-family conversion request #006-26.
