Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of February 5, 2026
FALMOUTH — Zoning Board of Appeals grants two special permits for nonconforming residential projects. The board unanimously approved demolition and reconstruction of a 3-bedroom home at 123 Crystal Spring Avenue in North Falmouth with lot coverage rising to 23.4 percent, conditioned on 3-bedroom limit and Tree Warden compliance; and approved additions to an existing dwelling at 21 Johnson Street in East Falmouth, increasing lot coverage to 25 percent. Chair Susanne Murphy, Clerk Frank K.
Duffy, Member Marc Finneran, and Member D. Scott Peterson voted with four members present. The board also voted unanimously that height increases to 54 feet 3.5 inches and stormwater modifications at a 40B development at 375 Sandwich Road constituted insubstantial changes to a prior approval.
