Falmouth Zoning Board approves two nonconforming raze-rebuild projects while deferring boat storage decision. Application #009-26 at 15 Robinson Road won unanimous approval to improve front setback from 16.9 to 22 feet with new denitrification septic; application #011-26 at 274 Edgewater Drive, Seacoast Shores, approved 5-0 to reach 24.7 percent lot coverage and improve front setback from 22 to 25.7 feet, with first-floor office requiring cased opening. Application #010-26 at Garnet Avenue approved 5-0 with 22.3 percent lot coverage and setback improvement to 12 feet.

Boat storage case at 391 Currier Road continued to May 7, 2026 pending property-line staking and setback verification after neighbors raised noise concerns.
