The action consolidates vacant Old Barnstable Road property into a single parcel under owner David Fuccillo, who declines to pursue the original six-lot development. The Board also continued hearings on the Red Horse Inn renovation, duplex townhouses at 538 North Falmouth Highway, and solar arrays at 534 Woods Hole Road to August 11.
