Falmouth Planning Board approves parking variance, tables housing proposal. The board voted 5-1 to grant a special permit for 19 parking spaces at 0 Cycle Avenue in the Business Redevelopment district, formalizing existing conditions. Voting 4-2, the board tabled a proposal to allow semi-detached and two-family dwellings in residential zones, deferring a major housing-supply question.

The decision came as the board continued hearings on a 10-unit duplex development at 538 North Falmouth Highway.
