Council on Aging Approves Wall of Recognition Policy Expansion

FALMOUTH — Council on Aging expands Wall of Recognition honorees. The Falmouth Council on Aging unanimously approved a policy change allowing its selection committee to choose more than two honorees annually for the Wall of Recognition ceremony scheduled for September 28 at 2 p.m. Director J.

Bishop reported that volunteers contributed nearly $311,000 in service value over the past year, and that April enrollment reached 9,475 participants with 56 new enrollees. The board also heard that a new generator has been added to the Capital Improvement Plan request, with funding to be split between existing accounts and additional town resources.
