Patch Report Says Homelessness Reshaping Daily Life In Falmouth
FALMOUTH — Rising homelessness is reshaping daily life for neighbors across Falmouth, according to a Patch report circulating this week, as the town's public library rolled out a packed week of community programming and a Massachusetts marine biologist offered fresh guidance on great white shark sightings along the Cape Cod coast.

The Falmouth Public Library's Main branch is running a full slate of programming this week. On Wednesday, July 22, "Road to Revolution: The Boston Tea Party" runs all day, followed by an Ask a Master Gardener drop-in at 2 p.m., an Open Art Studio session on sun prints and button making at 10:30 a.m., a Sensory Play session at 2:30 p.m., and a 5 p.m. gathering of the Regal Seagull Robotics Team. The East Falmouth branch adds a Stay & Make drop-in craft session the same day at 9:30 a.m.
Altogether, the library has 17 events scheduled across its Main, East Falmouth, and North Falmouth branches through July 31, ranging from craft drop-ins to scavenger hunts and lawn games for families.
