Falmouth Traffic Advisory Committee advances 25 recommendations for road safety. The committee reviewed 15 old business requests and 10 new business items at its August 17 meeting, recommending signage installations at multiple intersections, pedestrian counts on three major road corridors, and intersection improvements ranging from painted traffic islands to warning lights. Sgt.
Joshua Oliver, Jed Cornock, Nicholas Croft, and Ahmed Mustafa attended. The committee deferred several items for site visits and took no action on a request to reduce the speed limit on North Falmouth Highway.
