FALMOUTH — Conservation Commission votes conditions for four properties, defers two major residential projects. Chair William Duffy led the board through unanimous Orders of Conditions for Gregory Everett (57 Captains Lane East Falmouth), John H. Gallagher, III (415 Maravista Avenue), Philip L. and Judith B.

Richardson (Nobska Pond), and Joshua B. Bernstein, Trustee (282 Quissett Avenue Lot 2). In separate 7-0 votes, the Commission closed hearings on Kevin and Jeanne Cavanaugh's addition and deck project at 52 East Harbor Drive and Julia C.

Taylor's accessory dwelling unit proposal at 76 Frazer Road, both taken under advisement for final decisions at future meetings.
