Conservation Commission closes three hearings on development projects

Falmouth Conservation Commission closes three significant development-project hearings and approves three Orders of Conditions. The commission closed Notice of Intent hearings for applications from Gregory Everett, Joshua B. Bernstein, and John H.

Gallagher III, all involving major coastal or flood-zone property work, with final decisions to follow. It separately issued three Orders of Conditions for approved work by unanimous vote: one each for properties owned by Stephen and Judith Kaufman, Joseph and Nancy Buckley, and Anthony J. Aveni Jr. and Elaine Aveni.

The commission also approved six determinations that residential projects do not require Notice of Intent filings and continued several additional hearings to late August and September.
